PCOS & fertility

I've been TTC for 5 years and last yr is when I found out I had PCOS. I also have a blockages in my right Fallopian tube and a small opening in my left tube. I've been through 2 rounds of clomid and soon as I get my ac1 levels down to 6 I can start Femara. Oh yeah I'm also a type 1 diabetic. Right now my ac1 levels are a 7.5. Has anyone else experience anything similar to my diagnoses and conceived? What about the sides affects to Femara?
