My husband and I found the labor and delivery class and breastfeeding to be the most helpful. We also took the infant care class for added information. I highly recommend those classes for new parents who aren't too experienced with babies!

I'm a FTM and took a breastfeeding class that was helpful but I'm just reading a ton and watch YouTube videos on labor and delivery. You can find birthing classes for free online as well. If you'll be more confident and prepared then go for it!

I think it's very helpful an I enjoyed taking the class as this is my first pregnancy.

I mean the definitely help with development...however they made my hair fall out and certain brands made me very sick so I stopped taking them.
