Placenta in the front ?

So I had my big ultra sound today at 19 weeks & 5 days. And they told me that the placenta is in the front. Has anyone experienced this? Is there any dangers or any complications when it comes to birth ? She said that I won't be able to feel her move around as early. I've been feeling movement since about 16 weeks or so, is it possible for the placenta to move some what to be able to feel the baby? Any info on this would be great! Lol
