Hard to conceive

My boyfriend travels a lot. He also has a bulging disk and I have arthritis in my neck. Add those to us having his son during the week, it's hard to connect right at ovulation time. Does anyone have any tips or kind words. I'm 37 and have never had a kid so I'm already stressed that I am not able to concieve. I'm trying to stay positive, but it just seems like a pipe dream to me at this point.
