A lot of girls consider it without knowing the consequences of it. The procedure can leave you with permanent nerve damage making you less sensitive when it comes to sex and it can also cause chronic pain that will require even more intervention just to live a life with minimal pain. It really isn't worth it, everyone's labia is different and I personally have never seen a vulva that didn't look nice.

I had a cyst on my vagina that needed removed and caused pain. definitely don't regret doing it and I feel a lot better about my physical appearance down there.

I've considered it and I wanted to until I watched a documentary on this girl who was going into porn and she got one and they video taped parts of her recovery and she was miserable and would wake up in the middle of the night crying because it hurt so bad
