Please please help me with my Medela Swing

I'm desperate. Each time I pump milk goes in the tube and my nipple gets auctioned into and stuck in the shield making it completely ineffective. My baby is 2 weeks old with a lip tie and we're STILL waiting to see a lactation consultant. I cannot elusively BF it is far too painful, I need my pump to work. I broke down today and bought a new swing and its doing the same thing. Please please let me know what I can do.
