Makeup experts needed

HEEEEEELP. What's a good thing to like make your makeup look smooth... a good moisturizer for dry skin on forehead and a good primer for dry skin, a good foundation for dry skin and full coverage and whats a good way to cover up 'craters' (where pimples were, but are no longer there, which leaves a crater in your face) help. Whats a good foundation for acne, i dont have major acne but i have pimples here and there.
