What does this even mean?

I've had a couple guys tell me that I have a metallic taste after going down on me, and I'm not sure what that means for me. Is it bad? What does it say about my diet? 
I'm a little embarrassed but I find signs like these to be really important when it comes to my health and sex life.

My so use to say that too about me!! After I got off nexplanon I never had that issue ever again!!!! Weird though.. 
When I was on nexplanon I also would get a metallic taste in my mouth that even my hubby could taste when we kissed.. 
again I never had that issue after getting off of it..

it could be anything from something in your diet to the way your soap tastes on your body. do you notice a metallic smell? if you do you may be able to find out what it is by process of elimination. I would mention it next time you see your doctor.
