Belly Piercings

I am 13. I want a belly piercing. My mom doesn't care if I have any piercings or tattoos in my life Spam, but I did ask her if I could get my belly pierced she said yes, but when u get older. I asked her how old. She said like 16 or 17. I dont want to wait that long. I was thinking about getting it when I turn 14. In a year my mom and I will live in a 4 bedroom house, so I hope I'll be able yo hide it from her, because she won't see me naked. Also she's like really busy and I'm really busy. Would that work ? (1st question) Or what if I am super good for a long time do you guys think she will soften up to me getting It? (2nd Question) Also if I get it and she finds out what do you think she will do? (3rd Question)
