Crying when certain people hold her?

My baby cries when certain family members hold her. She'll smile and play with them while I'm holding her, but the minute that they take her she sticks her bottom lip out like she's about to cry and then starts crying and once I take her back or her dad does, she's fine and she'll smile at the person who was holding her. 
It depends on the person too, some new people can take her and she's fine, but other people that she's been around she'll cry anytime they hold her. Is this normal?

Mine does this to my grandparents sometimes and I literally live next door so it's not from not knowing them enough I found that it's usually when she's really tired that she does this. Although my grandma thinks it's because I spend to much time with her alone and she's to attached 🤷🏻‍♀️ she loves her mommy what can I say!

My daughter has been doing this since 3 months old. I think it's normal. She cries if people look at her too long even, haha. Only me, my husband, and my sister can hold her without crying. I think people (my family anyways) gets too excited and gets all up in her face and tries to grab her and she gets overwhelmed.

Mine has started doing this too, but it's even just when someone comes up to try to talk to/play with her sometimes.
