Boyfriend problem

I have been dating my boyfriend for four months and I love him like crazy but every time we supposed to hang out something always come up. He missed Valentine day but it was his aunt anniversary so she took him away then he missed Easter I went to church then my dad kidnapped me then he finally text me when it was four o'clock then he missed our four months anniversary I didn't speak to him for two days straight and when I ask him about it he told me his father took him on a road trip and then on Monday he told me we can spend time together after he moved table in his house but he never called or text so I ask him about it and he said he was busy and now today he text me saying he got to go to the hospital I'm so sick of it and I'm always crying but don't get me wrong when we do spend time together it amazing and perfect so what should I do?
