Beach Body On Demand?
I exercised 4-6 times a week, using mostly beach body programs (like 21 day fix and PiYo) regularly before starting our frozen embryo transfer process when I was put on restrictions. I should be cleared to work out again next week. Any beach body on demand users out there? Which programs are you using on your first trimester? There is an "Active Maternity" program but it is 3 workouts- one for each trimester. I need a little more variety!
