Period Symptoms 😩😩

So as I get older my period changes, just like everyone else I assume but this month I'm experienced something new and it's freaky me out. Usually before my period officially comes I'll get spotting and light acne. Normal right but this time I got a cold sore 😕. Super uncalled for! I went online and its can be a symptoms as well as stress. From what I've read it's not a big deal but I just want to know that I'm not the only one that this has happened to.
