What is in an OBGYN report? Can it show that I'm sexually active?

I went to the obgyn a few weeks ago and I did a pap smear. I'm not exactly sure how the obgyn said the results would be delivered, but it might possibly be through mail. I'm scared that my mom will read it and find out that I'm sexually active, because I'm worried that there might be a line in the report that says that. I've never actually received a report so I honestly have no clue and I might just be paranoid. Can someone tell me what are usually in these pap smear results??

ive only ever experienced a gyno sendig me a report through mail once and it never mentioned my sexual activity. what i do experience on the reg wih my gyno is not receiving a call after pap . i always call to make sure but again they never comment on sexual activity just if results were normal or abnormal. youre gonna be fine, they dont disclose that information. only info discussed is if youre ok or not.

I have never received anything in the mail. If something were to come back abnormal, they would call me. No call = good news. Even if they did send something in the mail, why would it say anything about sexual history?

your mum will assume you are having sex though because if you are under 21 you shouldn't require a pap smear automatically. you'd need to have a reason and that's being sexually active. how old are you? do you live in the states?

every report is different because they do not all use the same laboratory
