chlomid and side effects

I'm cd 18 of my third round of chlomid, progesterone, estrogen cycle. this month has been a doozy of side effects. the doctor upped the chlomid to 200 mg per day. for the last 3 days or so I've been super nauseated, tired and have the worst continuous nipple soreness/pain I've ever had. I'm trying not to complain since I'm doing it to myself by taking medication, but i never get sick and i don't really take medicine, so it's taking a toll on me. my husband asks if I'm having boob problems because I've been walking around holding them because they hurt. is anyone else having these side effects?
