More worry ....

Hey everyone! I'm currently 13 weeks and 4 days with my rainbow baby! My first pregnancy was a blighted ovum - ended at 9 weeks. I've had two ultrasounds , everything's looks good heard the heartbeat a week ago on the Doppler . Problem is I'm starting to feel back like myself and sometimes that makes me worry that the baby stopped growing or something ... the only symptoms I have are bloating and some lower back pain.

Feeling like I need some reassurance this is normal!
