I guess it depends on the state and the photographer. I only paid $50.

well mine weren't professionally done. but my bfs father was doing his and offered to do mine too

I'm pretty sure they were free to have done and then if I wanted to purchase the photos, you could pay per package. My family had three students graduating the same year (my twin sister, my step brother, and me) so we paid quite a bit but no more than $150 per person probably.
