Morning after pill help!!!
I took the morning after pill today from missing a pill yesterday and not realising until I had unprotected sex this morning. I don't get periods due to being on the pop pill, so I was advised to take a pregnancy test in three weeks. I took one after the morning after pill however and it was positive! Is this accurate? Can the morning after pill cause a false reading?
