Back pain and boobs

Hi! I'm 15 and I'm 5'2 with FF (according to one shop I'm DD but they are wayyy to big) and I've been getting really bad ongoing back pain. What can I do about it? It feels really stiff and I'm thinking about seeing a chiropractor but please help!
