Exercise! Work it out mama!
Before I got pregnant, I was doing Zumba classes 4-5 days a week.
Now, (14 weeks along) I still go twice a week and love it! No complications. I have to modify some things or I start to feel a pulling sensation down there or cramping.
Do you ladies still workout now that you're pregnant?
If so, what do you do?
