TMI GENITAL BUMPSSSSS

I'm not sure if I should post a pic because it's actually inside my labia so it would be very graphic. Basically I was washing down there and noticed a pretty big bump, about the size of a fruit fly, on the inside of my inner labia. I've been trying to figure out what it could be. I've had hpv for almost 2 years, so I'm worried it might be a wart. but when I looked at pictures of warts they looked very different from this. it's smooth and very red and it doesn't hurt unless I try to squeeze it. i aldo had a baby 3 months ago and im wondering if it might be some kind of stitch-related infection? not sure what to think but I am going to make a Drs appointment. Has anyone else had similar experiences? should I post a picture?
