breastfeeding our now 1 year olds?!?

my daughter turned 1 on the 9th and that means I made it 1 year breastfeeding which is awesome and I'm so proud of myself but where do we go from here? when I'm at work we've done 3 ounces every 3 hours and then feeds on demand when home. well my pumping output has decreased significantly and I can only get about 5-7 ounces a day so I've been supplementing with frozen milk but now my freezer supply is almost gone and I am clueless where to go from here. she eats 3 meals a day plus snacks (she's a great eater and eats anything and everything). I would still like to breastfeed until she self weans so my question is how much milk should she have a day now after 1? is anyone here supplementing while away from baby but still breastfeed on demand? what are you supplementing with? if you have any advise I'd appreciate it! I'm just not sure where to go from here. here's a pic of my 1 year old!!
