So me and my so have been trying to conceive for 10 months now and nothing. Every month my period has been a week late before starting. I've been feeling nauseated lately and my back has been in pain. Any suggestions of what to do?

Because of my age the fertility doctor refuses to make an appt. with me until I am like 22

Make an appointment with a fertility clinic ....? If you haven't already? 
10 months is plenty long enough - I believe the official guidelines for insurance coverage are 6 months of trying if you're over 35 or 12 months if you're under 35.
