So I wanted to get a nap in and so I pumped some milk for hubby and took a nap. Today is day 4 of baby being born so you know that's when your milk comes mostly. Well I woke up to size what feels like double z breast and baby is being a bum about feeding. I need help I tried manual pump in the shower but it's only a little at a time coming out and feeding baby every hour but he gets what he needs and goes to sleep. Cold compress... I need help it hurts to breathe wat else can I do to help my melons
