Update 2 : I need new friends ... Maybe ??

Question

Like I'll tell her that's good, I'm glad you got a promotion or whatever else and with my good news she's just like okay.
Good news : new home, anniversary party, new car,  etc. 
 My journey of life is just different, Not bad, just different. Maybe I need some new friends, like other wife's and moms ? What do you think ?
Sometimes I'm jealous but sometimes  I'm upset that she doesn't seem to the beauty in my life, sometimes I feel like we don't relate in conversations.

Honestly, it might just be one of those things where she wishes she had what you had, but she doesn't, so she talks about her job and life to make it seem like she is content with what she has going on. I have a friend like that, she is also single and none of her relationships seem to work out, so she focuses on her job. I still hang out with her though and equally talk about my life and how my SO and I are TTC. With that being said, it wouldn't hurt to find some friends that have more in common with you and where your at in life right now.

Reading your post I think you should get some new friends you can relate to. That being said I'm not saying you should cut her out of your life. It sounds like her accomplishments are making you feel small and insecure. You should be happy for your friend and proud of her accomplishments. If you don't feel that way then maybe you aren't really her friend. She should also be happy for you. I have many friends and we are all at different point in our lives. We have gone in different directions. We support and and so happy for each other. I am happy when I hear of anyones success they don't need to be my friend and I dont need to know them personally. I feel proud of everyone's accomplishments. I believe people who don't feel this way are unhappy with their choices and don't feel like they are accomplishing their goals. 
If your not happy for your friends accomplishments then you aren't really their friend. The same goes to that person. If your friend isn't happy for you then she isn't your friend.

I get exactly where you are coming from. I have a couple of people in my life who are like that, sadly, and one in particular that gets to me.
I left a fairly lucrative job/field for one that made me less money but gives me more fulfillment. 
It often seems like the things I do that are so important to me have no value to this person. She sees value only in climbing a "corporate ladder". Sometimes I think she tries to make me feel invalidated and erased. She never shows interest in my life or acknowledges what I'm doing but I will hear every detail of her bonus or promotion. 
I'm honestly happy for her and have no jealousy...i wouldn't want her life.
But It would be nice if she would sometimes show an interest in/appreciate mine. 
The one sided nature of the relationship definitely keeps me from being closer with her. I keep in touch with her, but I put much more effort into relationships with people who build me up and support me. A good support network is so important!
I guess basically what I'm saying is that it's human nature to want to feel valued/validated, and when someone makes you feel invisible it hurts a little.

Or maybe she is just wanting to share whats going on in her life with you as a close friend? No part of your post makes it sound like she is just rubbing it in. It sounds like you are just jealous of her life.
