Dreams!
I've had two dreams in the last year where I've given birth to twins. In the most recent dream I give birth on the anniversary of my m/c and so I counted down to see when I would need to conceive! It was last Friday so we BD but I wasn't ovulating so unless there was some divine intervention it's not happening. The twins thing though! Maybe that'll happen one day 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼
