Non watery mascara??

Question

What is the best mascara in your opinion. We only have a Walmart in town so Walmart brand would be great. I have thin and short eyelashes. Need waterproof, that dries up quick and also something that does NOT wet the top of my eyelid while I'm applying or gets messy! I've had a few bad ones before.

I have used so many mascaras! Drugstore ones, high end expensive as shit ones, and then I found this totally by accident. I went accross the country and forgot my mascara at home. We were going to a wedding the next day and I just needed a waterproof mascara so we stopped at walmart and I grabbed the first one that said waterproof. It makes my eyelashes so long, thick, and separated and holds the curl from the eyelash curler like freaking superglue. I went from short, thin eyelashes to looking like I was wearing fake ones. It's so amazing that I'll never use any other type again!
