Mandatory c-sections

I had a C-section with my son who is now 18 months old. The Doctor said he had broad shoulders so they had to do a vertical incision on my uterus. The doctor said I would have to have C-sections from here on out because if I went into labor my uterus could rupture. I am now 15 weeks pregnant with my second child. I have a few questions that I am hoping to find answers for from anyone that has had similar experiences or a medical background.

1) Am I considered a high risk pregnancy now?

2)Would flying be a unwise because of going into labor and not being able to deliver naturally?

3) I was told I can't have a large family because of always needing C- Sections. Has anyone with a vertically cut uterus had a larger family?
