I can't tell if this is a BH or a real contraction! I had one while I was in the shower earlier and it felt AWFUL. I'm laying down now and started to have another. I didn't time the first one but I'm timing this one. My baby is 36+3 she better not be coming today! I can still breath and talk but it fucking hurts! Standing in the shower was agony and it still hurts laying down. My back and hips hurt and it feels like I have to push. I'm not sure if I should go ahead and call labor and delivery for this since I can still function for the most part (and type, obviously). RIP me if this is only BH
