biking time 🚲
I am going to try and bike 5 miles every day this week. I need to get my health back on track. They say walking 30 minutes a day is the easiest thing to do but the pain in my feet is just to much so I thought maybe biking might be a better alternative. Bonus! It is a stationary bike so I can put headphones on close my eyes and bike the day away! Good luck to those trying to get their health back on track! I am cheering you on. goal to get back to 150lbs is a go!!!
