My 8 month old son moans all the time and it's the most irritating sound he ever makes it's like a grunt and usually he does it when he's teething and uncomfortable but I've given him all the stuff he takes and you can see he's tired but he rolls over and then cries because he's rolled over and starts moaning and grunting again

He's been doing this now for 5 hours and I have a banging headache , I can't leave him cause he will cry none stop.

What do I do?
