UPDATE!!!! 1. I am now coughing up blood

I've been extremely sick for a week with really high fevers high heart rate passing out. And when I say really high fevers I'm talking like 104 almost 105 for 4 days straight. Everything I was in the hospital twice in two days for severe dehydration and I've lost about 30 lbs then this happened today. Idk if I should be worried or if it's nothing or what. I'm sorry for the tmi photo before hand but here. I'm 12 weeks today. :(
