Braxton Hicks

I was just grocery shopping and out of nowhere experienced the worst Braxton Hicks contractions I've ever had. I have a fairly high pain tolerance but if I were further along I would of gone to the hospital!! With that said I'm only 18 weeks and although I did experience this with my daughter, if I remember correctly it wasn't until around 24 weeks with her. Should I be concerned? Honestly I'm not at all, they've subsided but I'm wondering if it's too soon for that intensity. 😬
