Possibly evap? Not sure 🤔😬

So I bought these cheap tests to have just in case. I took the top one a couple days ago, came out negative obviously. Then yesterday I noticed I had blood (small amount) when I wiped so I figured I was getting my period, but it hasn't been like a period. Just a tiny bit when I wipe, just like my implantation bleeding with my second pregnancy. So I take the second test last night and I wasn't paying attention to the time and looked real quick, it was just the one line and I put it in the trash. Then we looked at it later and the thin line is there, but it's not the same width. So maybe it's just what the test does after awhile? Or could it be a positive? I've never used these tests before. I'll probably pick up a few more tests next time I'm in town (we live in a small town an hour away from any Walmart or grocery store) 🤔😅😳
