Was Diagnosed with Pcos today

I was just diagnosed today with PCOS. I dont know how i should feel about this.. me and my husband have been trying to get pregnant for the past 3 months and have had no luck. should I be worried? Is anybody else going through this? Can you get pregnant while having PCOS? I have a lot of emotions about it and I feel like it's my fault that this happened. is there anything I can do to lose weight faster I've been having trouble losing weight due to this I'm hoping to lose about 90 lb to get back to where I need to be
