Diagnosed with PCOS
I was diagnosed with PCOS. I asked the Dr. What the cause was and she didn't give me one . "Lifestyle and environment ." Was her answer . I'm a normal weight. My mom and 3 sisters are fine. I have been under tremendous stress for the past year so I do think that might be playing a role. Curious if anyone is dealing with is? Any tips? Any success stories?
