fait lines

so this is my first time posting and i really thought about posting a status up because i need help with trying to figure out what is going on with my body . I havent got my period but my nipples have been sore and i been moody and i keep checkimg to see if im pregnant but it says negative , but the first one i took said negative and threw it away buy two days later i checked it again (didnt have gargare really) and i see it had a fait line . can it be true or what ? help please
