Kickstart period?
I'm due for my period tomorrow but usually I spot a couple of days before, and I have no spotting at all right now. I really need my period to come now because I'm getting the mirena IUD inserted on the weekend and I have to be on my period at the time. Anyone know of any natural ways to speed it up and make my period come asap? Please 😊
