help! possible signs of ectopic pregnancy!

hi all,

my last period started may 28, my fiancé and I have been TTC our second for over a week,

im really intuned with my body anwhen I first fell pregnant I knew almost instantly that I was,

I know its very early and im possibly being to cautious though im having alot of cramps which I understand is normal in implantation but it is occurring only on one side at the moment and can get pretty bad when I move or sit in a certain position.

anyone experienced this and it all turned out ok or Is a Dr appointment needed? considering how early on it is im a little confused.
