Big placenta .! 🤷🏻‍♀️🤔

So I went and had a sonogram today and the tech kept saying how big my placenta. This is my first child so is it not common for "big" placenta . I was just confused on why she was so in awe with it . Then I realize that I'm going to have to have this "Big" placenta come out as well lol and apparently baby loves the placenta he was holding on to it and snuggling with it .
