Blood in urine 34 weeks

I'm 34 weeks and 4 day and yesterday I went to L&D; because of a fever and bad back pain. I'm already being treated for a UTI starting 5 days ago. They gave me muscle relaxers for my back because we ruled out a kidney infection. I'm still having really bad cramps and bad blood in my urine the last 3 times I peed. I've had kidney stones before in my life but don't feel like this is a stone. I feel absolutely miserable and don't know if I should go back up there. The muscle relaxer didn't take any of the pain away, only made me sleep for the first time in 4 days. Any of you ladies have some advice?
