Best eyeshadow primer?

Using a good eyeshadow primer always makes colors really pop. I'm just wondering what you think is the best primer and why. I love Too Faced Shadow Insurance. Is there a cheaper one that works just as well?

I use Revlon photoready primer and then put a little bit of concealer over it and that works really well for me.
If you're looking for an actual eye shadow primer though, I've heard that Urban Decay's eye primer potion is fantastic. I've never used it, but a friend of mine swears by it.

I love urban decay primer potion. But it's still on the more expensive side. Nyx is good too.
