transitioning to solids...

sooo I'm antsy and we exclusively pump so I really want to start making the move to even more solid foods but I'm a little confused I guess. I got this handout at her 6 month appt that says by 9 months she should (or could, every baby is different) be eating 3 solid meals per day and 18-24oz breast milk or formula. she currently drinks about 25-30oz a day (so I'm hoping more solids would put her closer to the 18oz mark bc I'm struggling to keep up with her at this point 😟) and she has solids twice a day but we're working on squeezing that third one in somehow. for breakfast she has 2oz yogurt with 2oz fruit. for lunch I've been doing a protein power lunch of black beans, shredded cheese, and scrambled eggs. we'll probably just do some oatmeal before bedtime. but I guess my main question is do beans count as both a serving of veg and a protein? I know that's how it works for adults, as explained to me by a nutritionist years ago. my second burning question would be does anyone know how many grams of carbs is a serving? a serving size of oatmeal, per the box, is 9g. half a jar of sweet potatoes is 7g and half a jar of apple pumpkin would be about 6g. I'm really concerned about getting her adequate nutrition since I'm horrible about my own diet and don't want to get her off to a bad start 😕 her 9 month appt isn't until the end of October but I'd really like to get a move on this so any advice or information from your pediatricians would be helpful!
