A little backstory, my husband and I have been trying for a baby for 3 years and have had 3 miscarriages. The last one being the past July. In the middle of August we moved into a two bedroom apartment. When my mom was here helping us move she told us about her friends step daughter that had found out she was pregnant and was considering adoption. I told my mom that we would love to adopt the baby because I didn't see us having our own. And then a week later I got a positive pregnancy test.

The girl has been on the fence about if adoption is right for her, and I was sure she wasn't going to go through with it because she kept changing her mind about keeping it or getting an abortion and adoption wasnt something she would mention (according to her step mom). But just today the step mom contacted me saying that the girl wants me to message her about adoption. I don't know what to do or how to feel because i know that my own pregnancy is not guaranteed but I also told this girl We would adopt her baby and I feel like if she chooses this that I need to follow through.

Has anyone gone through adoption while pregnant?
