Is it possible?

This month was my second round of clomid and doctor called with great news that I ovulated,I also had a ultra sound done to see if there were any cyst.I have a small one in my right,doctor said that was a great sign??? But anyways I'm 9 dpo I been cramping mildly for the past two days and there were a few other symptoms but I keep telling myself it was from the clomid...anyone else in the same boat at me??
