Just don't know what to do

Iv been with my other half for 3 years now he is 25 I'm 23 and we agreed to try for a baby iv had the implant in since I was 16 so it was kind of a big deal for me to get it taken out my window to get pregnant was this week and he just don't seem interested what so ever I don't know I wanted to make a move but he just closed his eyes and went to sleep he used to say I never make a move but that's because my self confidence isn't thier really I'm working on it just help I feel so crap right now
