Advice Please (Pregnant or not)

Here's the thing last month I had a short period only lasted 3 days. My boyfriend and ai use the pull-out method. This week according to the app is my ovulation week and well my boobs have this weird tingling sensation and then today I use the bathroom and have eggwhite that is light pink discharge. It literally was one glob and no more after. Everything I search it says PREGNANT...... I'm way to nervous to take a test and honestly my period wasn't that long ago so I don't think it would work. My boyfriend is a identical tein so I so scared I ciuld be prego with twins and thats why I have these weird symptoms..... Advice please
