I don't know what to do.

I've been sexually assaulted a few times and It happened again today ( by 1 or 2 people I didn't know. I was just walking to lunch in the halls ) . I was mad once it happened and now I'm freaking out like on the verge of having a panic attack and it's happened twice after. This never really happened the other times this happened. Why is it so bad now?

( I didn't say anything to the guy because I didn't want to risk me gong off because he was taller and there were two of them and one of me 4'11 me )
