Help!! Thick lining no follicle growth!

Two weeks ago I had blood and ultrasound after trying femara. I was told my lining was thick but there weren't any follicles. I had one "abnormal cyst" looking thing. Doc canceled my cycle, I triggered next day and took provera for a week.

I have been waiting and waiting for a period and nothing. Sore nipples, bloated, constipation... but no period. I read it could be low estrogen..? Can't get in for consultation for another week.

Am I alone with this experience?!
