Nuva Ring HELP!

So Ive been on the nuva ring about 3 months now which is the suggested time they say to give a new bc a chance BUT, I have a few problems. 1. Never have I ever had vaginal pain during intercourse I do all the time now with or without it in 2. Heavy periods which I also never had a super heavy flow 3. Most seriously my vagina is extremely sensitive as in the outter region it feels like its always irritated or burning. And I know its the ring bcz when I have my period and I take it out that week everything goes back to normal. Sad thing is bcz ive had so much pain my SO is scared to hurt me so we have a lot of period sex when I feel somewhat "normal" anyway my question is has anyone had any symptoms like this ? And if I should change what to bcz ive tried pills before and i liked them but I felt extremely depressed on them. Thanks everyone!
